Stephen Rubino was born in Washington, D.C. He attended the Catholic University where he received a J.D. Degree. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the U.S. Supreme Court and has Pro hac vice admissions in sixteen states.

Mr. Rubino has specialized in clergy sexual abuse litigation since 1988, as well as other forms of sexual abuse perpetrated by various professionals, teachers or volunteers. For the last ten years he has been chairman of a national based group of attorneys specializing in childhood sexual abuse litigation in North America.
